We deliver goods with our logistics partners (Hermes, DPD, UPS und DHL) throughout Germany. EDIGOODS offers delivery of any ordered product to your chosen address in Germany for a fee determined by the cooperation partner, which is indicated for each product separately.

We send the delivery tracking code to the customer immediately after order confirmation.

Delivery times are different for each product. Delays in the delivery of goods can occur for various reasons. Please check that the address provided during your purchase is correct, paying close attention to letters, spaces, numbers and other important characters. If you have chosen to receive your order at the registered office, please check that the company name and address are correct.

In case of delivery delay, please contact us or the courier to find out the current location of the product. Please note that if the changes are made after the order has been placed, the delivery date of the product may change. EDIGOODS is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during shipment.



It is in the interest of EDIGOODS to support the customer even if the customer has made a mistake in choosing the product or it has not been delivered in the appropriate quality. We are sure that you will feel satisfied with our product. In case you are not satisfied with the received order for some objective reasons, we kindly offer to replace it.

Below you can get acquainted with the possibilities of returning the product. Here are the return rules, but each application is considered individually:


After the purchase, if the product does not meet the customer's needs, it can be exchanged for a new same or equivalent product,

When a purchase is made online or received in a store: upon receipt of a product in a store, the customer has the opportunity to evaluate whether the product meets the customer's needs. If the product does not meet the customer's needs, it remains in the store and can be exchanged for a new same or equivalent product. If a more expensive product is chosen than the value of the purchased product, then the customer can make an appropriate surcharge.

Upon receipt of the ordered product to the specified address, the buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 days, if this product has not been used and no damage has occurred due to the buyer's fault.

The company reserves the right to decide on the possibility of returning the product.

Return process:

If the buyer refuses the received product, EDIGOODS refunds the received funds for the respective product, as well as refunds the delivery costs, no later than within fourteen days from the date when EDIGOODS received the notice of withdrawal of the relevant product. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back.

The buyer must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date we are notified of the return of the goods. The time limit shall be observed if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of a period of fourteen days.

The return address is the same supplier address as on the product packaging.

The buyer must pay for any impairment of the goods if these impairments are related to the processing of the goods, which is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
